Return Policy

We take pride in offering quality products. However, in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or find any quality issues, you can return the product for a prompt full refund or exchange.

		Items have to be returned for refund within 15 days of original purchase. Money Back Guarantee is not applicable for treadmill, upright bike,
		laptops & netbooks.
		In the event of any defects found in the goods, please call the ‘emibazaar’ call centre within 48 hours of the product delivered.
		In case of failure to do so, the product will be considered used and your request will stand as rejected.
		When returning the product, ensure that the packaging is in new condition and not damaged.
		Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund so that we can take
		In lieu of exchange/return of the product, the cost of the courier will be charged to the customer. However if the product needs replacement due to
		defect (covered under warranty terms) found, then the courier charges would be borne by “emibazaar”
		For Marketplace(Vendor) Goods once shipped will not be returned. Only in case of product defect, a replacement request can be filed.

Also EMI is not applicable for Transaction value less than Rs.3000 for ICICI Credit Cards.

Shipping Policy

We understand that delivering products to you quickly and in good condition is important and our clear and transparent shipping policies do just that.

		Free shipping on most products.
		Oversized shipping charges may apply on select items depending upon product weight and may vary from Rs.150 (Rs.25 per month) to Rs. 300/-

		(Rs.50 per month)
		Handling charges of Rs. 60/- applicable on select items. No handling charges on products below Rs.1200/-.

		No oversized shipping or handling charges on full swipe and cash on delivery transactions.

		Once the order is placed and the payment credited to the company, the orders will be processed and delivered within 7-10 working days provided
		the delivery address provided by you is correct.
		Please note that all direct deliveries from the manufacturer will have a shipping or delivery time of 15-21 days.
		We deliver our products through domestic courier companies Blue Dart and First Flight.
		To ship items to two or more different addresses, you will have to place them as different orders.
